Rental Requests
Submitting a rental request through our website does not guarantee a reservation. All requests are subject to vehicle availability, approval, pricing, and applicable rental requirements. A rental is not confirmed until Classy Auto Rentals provides confirmation.
Driver Requirements
Renters must provide valid identification and a valid driver’s license and meet all applicable age, insurance, and eligibility requirements. Additional drivers must be approved before operating a rental vehicle.
Rental Policies
Rental rates, deposits, mileage limits, fuel requirements, cancellation policies, late fees, cleaning fees, and other charges may vary by vehicle and rental type. All applicable terms and fees will be communicated before the rental is finalized.
Vehicle Use
Renters are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and legally. Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, reckless driving, unauthorized commercial use, or any activity prohibited by the rental agreement.
Damage, Tickets & Tolls
The renter may be responsible for damage caused during the rental period, as well as applicable parking tickets, traffic violations, tolls, cleaning charges, and other fees permitted under the rental agreement.
Turo Rentals
Vehicles rented through Turo are subject to Turo’s applicable terms, policies, eligibility requirements, protection plans, and procedures. Turo may have separate rules regarding reservations, cancellations, insurance, damage, and claims.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and rental-change policies may vary depending on the rental type and vehicle. Customers should contact Classy Auto Rentals as soon as possible regarding changes or cancellations.
